Administration Assistant Emerald

We are seeking a reliable, genuine, hardworking, fast paced person with an excellent work ethic and an ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment. The successful applicant will provide efficient day-to-day operational administration support to the Emerald Depot.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the day-to-day duties of Operations
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met, by effectively managing customer requests, including answering telephone, fax and email enquiries in a timely manner
  • Establish and manage relations with drivers, customers and local authorities

THE CANDIDATE

  • Prefer at least 2 years Administration experience and Cert IV Business or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Information Management Systems
  • Moderate to advanced Microsoft Office capability
  • Excellent data entry skills and an eye for detail
  • Able to work well within a team and autonomously
  • A commitment to achieving customer service of the highest standard
  • Previous experience working in transport or logistics preferred
  • Able to successfully satisfy a pre-employment medical
