Clive's Twitter poetry gets social media love

LOOSE unit and millionaire mining magnate Clive Palmer's Twitter has officially and deliciously cooked it.

The Queensland businessman and former politician - who remains locked in an ugly legal battle following the collapse of Queensland Nickel - seems to have finally cracked, firing off a series of bizarre tweets.

Maybe he's gunning for a new career as Australia's edgiest poet, or maybe it's code to communicate with his missing-in-action business partner and nephew Clive Mensink, but whatever the case, it is making for an interesting read.

It started with an obsession with junk food and his journey to weight loss, then came the haikus... so many haikus.

Whatever the case, Twitter is loving it.
