YOGA poses in teeny bikinis, sultry selfies and topless sunbathing - life in your 50s has never looked as good as it does on Liz Hurley.
The 52-year-old actor, model and former fiancee of Shane Warne, is an ageless wonder - and she isn't afraid to remind her followers, posting a flirty dozen of sexy swimwear shots to social media in the past month alone.
In the same week her Aussie cricketer ex was photographed carrying more than a few extra pounds and bragging about chowing down on a large serving of nachos, Hurley returned serve with a bikini shot alongside her cat that would make any man blush.
Warne proposed to Hurley in October 2011 after a whirlwind 10-month romance, before the pair eventually went their separate ways three years later.
The notorious ladies man blamed the fact he was a "knockabout Aussie" and she was an "English rose" as the reason behind the split.
And it seems Hurley, who famously also dated actor Hugh Grant for 13 years, is one rose who has only gotten better with age.
The star mother to 15-year-old Damian, has her own swimwear line, an estimated worth of $42 million and a luxury lifestyle that any woman would dream of. But if you think looking this good in your 50s means surviving on air, think again.
Hurley joked to her 677,000 Instagram followers yesterday, "Yes, I eat", alongside a picture of her munching on a juicy burger.
While she might have a part-time penchant for fast food, the beautiful brunette has said in the past that she has to be "careful" at her age not to overindulge.
"I always watch what I eat, but I eat plenty of food," she told US TV show The View after her 50th birthday. "I don't do all that green juice, I don't do any of that … powders, I don't really take vitamins. I try not to eat too much for dinner."
She also said her main diet tip is not to eat too much before bed: "Eat your food earlier on in the day, so you've got more time to digest it and your body can rest in the sleep period."
However, Hurley's relaxed approach also extends to her workout regimen, though the pictures show she is a big fan of yoga.
"I think it's important to stay sort of firm and to do a reasonable amount of walking and exercise," she said.
"I don't go to the gym, but I'm quite active, I don't - really sit still (and) I don't lie around on the sofa."
