New lots released at popular housing development
A STRONGER market and demand for premium housing lots has lead to the largest release of land at Plantation Palms.
Rosewood Reserve, the 47-lot release on the doorstep of the in-demand Rosewood Drive Reserve, comes after developers noted an upswing in demand for property.
"The Rosewood release is the largest new release Plantation Palms has developed in 10-years," development manager Clare Rowan said.
"We have seen the market strengthen over the past six months with a demand for large blocks in a central location.
"This release aims to satisfy this demand."
The new stage features a range of lot types, including premium lots with views and direct access to the Rosewood Drive Reserve with beautiful walking tracks.
Plantation Palms is located within the hub of the Northern Beaches, close to shops and schools.
The development came in response to recognising the importance of the unique location and the importance of protecting and preserving the location.
Construction is under way and land is now selling off the plan with settlement expected in August 2020.
The lots range from 800sq m to 1030sq m, with an average lot size of 780sq m.
They are priced from $165,000 and those that front Rosewood Drive Reserve include fencing and a secure pedestrian gate with keypad access.
